Paid a visit to Dr S. Trinh couple of weeks ago. She was pleasant and helpful with answering all my questions about my prescriptions. It was swift care and straightforward. Just the type of service I wanted. 🤓

I had my 1st ever eye exam and also purchased my 1st pair of glasses here. The front desk staff and doctors were very kind, professional, and helpful. The overall process of everything was explained to me beforehand and it all went smooth. I requested to came back in to make some adjustments to my lenses and they did not hassle me about it at all. Overall a really solid experience; I would certainly recommend Coppell Vision Center!

COPPELL Vision Center with Dr. Alycia Green is a fantastic resource for your eye heath. She explains each step of the exam. Easy to understand and follow. After my exam, I was pleasantly surprised at the final cost of my prescription glasses, much less than I expected.

My son and I get our eye exams here and we couldn’t be happier. They have the latest equipment and a wide variety of frames to choose from. Staff is very kind

Recently i sat on my glasses and bent the frames to the extent that they needed to be replaced. I met with Grecia Ponce and she came to my rescue! Since the frames were a few years old they were no longer in stock. That said, my lenses were only 6 months old so i really did not want to replace them! Grecia worked on this for over a week and she was finally able to locate the right frames in another clinic location in your network! I paid for the new frames and was able to keep the lenses! Grecia showed going "Above and Beyond" for customer service!!!

Besides being well qualified as a staff to provide excellent eye care , they are very friendly group. You are made to feel comfortable. I highly recommend Coppell Vision Center.

What a wonderful experience with Dr. Trinh and the opticians who helped me with my glasses! The exam was easy and thorough and they had such a great selection of frames. I purchased the recommended workplace lenses and couldn’t be happier with the clarity of the lenses. Thank you to everyone involved!
